Update 11 - Kitchen and Bathroom Second Fix.

The kitchens and bathrooms are now being installed internally as the second fix is now well underway. Current estimated completion date is 15th July 2019.

Update 10 - Decking Installation, Windows Complete.

The ultra modern composite decking system has now been installed on the top floor terrace. The windows and patio doors are now also complete giving a further insight into how the development will look upon its rapidly approaching completion.

Update 9 - Installation of windows and balcony railings.

The windows have now begun to be installed at Station Terrace and the rooftop railings are now complete. The new boundary fencing has been installed helping give the rear car park added seclusion and security. Internally works are well underway with all apartment now past first fix. The project is on course for completion in June 2019.

Update 8 - Second Fix Underway & Basement Tanking Complete

The professional tanking of the basement is now complete allowing these units to now be constructed. Elsewhere the site is progressing well with Second fix well underway on the upper and ground floors. Balcony railings and kitchens have all now been ordered and will be installed soon.

Update 7 - First Fix Complete on Top Floor


The first fix stage is now complete on the top floor and work is following on the floor below where first fix will be shortly finsihed.  Boarding is now being started on ground floor and the works to the basement are moving at a good pace.


Update 6 - Interior Works Underway


Work is now well underway on the interior of the building, with the only remaining exterior structural works being the completion of the extension brickwork. 

All the partition walls have been erected on the second floor and the first fix plumbing has been completed, with just the first fix electrics to be installed on this floor. The first and ground floors will follow once the tanking is complete on the basement level.

Update 5 - Structural Works Complete. First Fix Commencement.


With all the structural works complete work has now commenced on first fixing the units inside the existing building. Now that the piling is also now complete work will begin on building the rear extension. Only 3 Apartments remaining now!! 

Update 4 - Steel Piling for New Build Extension.

With the internal structural steel installed within the existing building and the rear facade removed, attention has now turned to preparing the ground for the new build extension at the rear. The piling is now completed and the previous hold up with the existing drainage system has now been overcome. Next stage is to install the footing before the extension starts to take place. 

Update 3 - Rip-out complete. Structural steel installed.


Following the completion of the internal rip out, the structural steel has now been installed. The building is now ready for the complete removal of the rear facade in readiness for the erection of the new build extension that will tie into the existing building. elsewhere in the cellar the works are now well underway installing the new drainage system that will service the 17 apartments. There are now only 4 apartments remaining having seen demand rise with 13 of the units now sold.

Update 2 - Rip out almost complete. Internal steelwork ordered


The extensive rip out and demolition of the internal walls is almost complete. Internal steelwork has now been measured and ordered.

Update 1 - Rip out commencement


Work has now commenced on the internal demolition of the existing building. This will include opening up the rear of the property in readiness for the new build extension and removal of two of the three existing stair cases.
